ARS:
Orange or orange-red Miniature. Registration name: MORbergExhibition name: Ann Moore
Bloom:
Orange or orange-red. Moderate fragrance. 28 to 30 petals. Average diameter 1.75". Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered, reflexed bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Long, pointed buds.
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, rounded, upright, well-branched. Small, semi-glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.
Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden. Hardy. vigorous. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.

Ann Elizabeth Moore was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 31 May 1909. She died in Visalia, California, 25 June 2000. Ann married Ralph S. Moore 4 June 1931. Her husband named this rose for her.
