To say, that this rose is moderately fragrant is a bit of a stretch. I have discerned no scent, even when the rose is in fool bloom. But then maybe my variety is senseless. And I thought I had keen sense of scent. :)

I agree, no scent on mine either. In all other ways, this is a most satisfactory garden plant.

Yes. it's magnificent, especially in fall. But I would rate its scent, on the intro page, as mild to none at all. :)

The parentage is simply Graham Thomas x Davidoff, the same as Versigny’s according to my private communication with the Breeder Dominique Massad. Please correct this information.

I was so stoked to find this at Walmart this spring, but it appears I may have gotten a yellow rose with pink/red edges. Maybe pinata? I think they were selling that one as well. I'm very disappointed as I really like the oddities and uncommon roses.

I have given up on big box roses because they almost never are what they claim to be. The Mr. Lincoln I pampered through our cold winter bloomed. Pink. A rather undistinguished pink at that.
