I am very interested in any information I can get regarding the yellow rose Carefree Sunshine. I have been told it's parentage is Knock Out rose. I have several Knock Out roses and I love them. They are the most carefree roses I've ever had here in our zone 8b humid hot weather. If the Carefree Sunshine is an offspring from Knock Out and as disease resistant I would love to have some.
Does anyone out there have information about this beautiful yellow rose?

Dancey,

In the future, it would be better to post questions like this to the Q&C tab for the specific rose.

Actually, I dont think I would have found Dancey's question there unless I had some reason to look up Carefree Sunshine which I don't. This seems to be a good place for specific rose questions to start out and the readers can peruse them until one catches their eye.

When one posts a question or comment to a plant's Q&C tab it shows up both on the plant's Q&C tab and in the Q&A Forum. That way, one only has to check the RECENT POSTS tab in the Q&A Forum to find ANY recent post no matter where it originated. You can even browse the HMF Rose Listings category in the Q&A Forum to see just the plant Q&C tab postings.

Hope this helps.

I still haven't figured out how all the Q&A work on this website.

I'm sorry Dancey,
I may have sent my original reply wheeling off into cyberspace or something! I'm so much more comfortable IN terra firma, afterall. I will try to locate my notes and rewrite the information for you later this afternoon. Also, while I have you 'on-the-line', where are you, so I know what kind of conditions you're dealing with when gardening?

Terry I am in Central Texas, zone 8b. It gets real hot here and very humid. Thanks for your reply.
