Hi, I just recently attempted to become a premium member, but could not enter my information, ie credit card number. I had tried it some time ago, and got to the same spot. Thought you should know.

I am having problems accessing parts of HMF when I use Firefox, but if I switch to Internet Explorer, everything works well. Not sure whether the problem is in my computer or if it is something other Firefox users are experiencing.

Billy, that should not be the case as we test with both those browsers. Can you tell us which version of FF you are using and give us a specific example of a problem. Thanks.
We are eager to get to the bottom of this problem too. We urge anyone having a problem accessing features on the site to contact us. As HMF is constantly evolving, it is not uncommon to occasionally create a problem we are not aware of.

I'm using Firefox 3.5.3. I was unable to reply to this post in Firefox - when I clicked on 'reply to this reply' there was no response. A similar issue when trying to update my plant list and when trying to access Advanced search.
I suspect the problem is at my end and will get a tech to check my settings.
