Hi, I'm having trouble accessing the patent information. I recently (re)upgraded to member. Maybe I goofed something up? Thanks!

No, you haven't. The USPTO has changed the accessability of patent information, so all links on HMF are no longer working. Please do the following:
- type Patent Public Search in your browser
- click the green box "Basic Search"
- type the patent number as PPxxxxx
- shows up in the search results at the bottom of the page

The patent access had been resolved but website scraping and indexing services that read and follow every link on a website have caused the patent office to block HMF's direct link access because of "too many requests". We are looking into solutions to prevent these internet bots from disrupting our operation.
