Any idea what NR and M6 mean in the 1985 list? Was there a label with the breeder at San Jose Heritage rose garden?

The on-line Heritage catalog only adds: [Japan] 1979<
I can't view the Combined Rose List page with meanings of the abbreviations.

I believe the abbreviations may mean NR [Not registered with the IRAR] and M6 the abbreviation for Mendicino Heirloom Roses.
