Hi Paul: Do you have any intention of planting this rose in your garden...(taking it out of the pot?). I can't believe it could survive for as long as it has in the pot.

Gorgeous! I want to plant one on a back wall; we live in South Lake Tahoe and get quite a bit of snow; I guess that won't hinder it? Though I don't expect it will get quite as tall as yours! Nice!

Beth...so glad you were able to post this and your rose survived that awful fire. I live in South Lake Tahoe; and we are now witnessing the Tamarack fire. I hope we Californians and our roses can weather these terrible fires. I love your photo. I am going to purchase White Licorice for my Tahoe rose garden.
