I have yet to receive a confirmation email. I asked for it to be resent with no result. Then I changed my email address and still no confirmation! Please help!

The HOW DO I... button includes a section outlining the procedure for having a duplicate confirmation email sent to you. Please give it a try and let us know how you make out.

I registered this afternoon but have never received the confirmation email. I click on the resend button twice but still it hasn't come. Should I change to another email address?

The HOW DO I... button at the top of most every page provides help on getting another email sent to you. Let us know if you continue to need help and thanks for registering.
