I have an up to date premium membership for my nursery, Rogue Valley Roses, and yet I cannot access Patent information because I encounter the message that I am not a premium member. Can you help me with this problem?

Corrected - you have two HMF member accounts and we've updated this one too.

I have auto-sign in ON, but the website still is asking me to log in to access Patent Information. I am a Premium Member. Thanks for your help and for maintaining this great service to our cutomers and to the industry. Janet Inada, Rogue Valley Roses.

Hi Janet,
The problem is you now have multiple member accounts on HelpMeFind. We can combine them but we'll need to know which one you want to keep. The support department will contact you directly about this.
