Check this photo from Barcelona trials 2020 : media-edg.barcelona.cat/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/19093425/Palmares-2020-v21.pdf
Although we can’t be 100% sure just judging by photos.

Yes, looks like it. If only Delbard would confirm. We'll make a note, thank you!

I can confirm now that Deldentros and 12.13031.2 is the same rose (information source: Baden-Baden trials booklet 2021, again I’m not sure if I can post a photo of it)

The 2021 trial booklet is on the website of the World Federation. However, it mentions only DELdentros. If only Delbard mentioned awards of their roses as Meilland does.

No, the one online is not the complete one (without detailed scores for every variety in the trial), I have the complete printed version which lists both the number code and DEL-code for Delbard varieties.

I purchased this rose , potted, this spring. It is already sending out a cane that is a meter tall, and does not seem to be finished growing. And it has flowered, so it does seem to be the correct rose. I wonder if the estimate of 80 cms max as it's height at maturity is correct! The width may be so; it does indeed look to be a narrow grower.
