Cependant, la consultation des documents anciens laisse à penser qu’il s’agissait au départ de roses distinctes.

It no doubt occurred as a mutation. Usually listed as a sport of R. centifolia, but Thomas feels it must be of R. gallica derivation. Thomas has 2 distinct forms of this. 3 to 5 feet.
