Translation: 
By decision of His Royal Majesty Prince Bernhard of Netherlands of 4 September 1945 may by highest permission an orange-yellow rose be dedicated to Binnenlandsche Strijdkrachten = Nederland [Domestic Armed Forces]. The new rose is going to be registered as Rose Binnenlandsche Strijdkrachten. 
The rose Binnenlandsche Strijdkrachten is No. 1007 of our nursery. The bloom is double, medium-sized, orange-yellow, the foliage is of a bronze green colour entriely matching the colour of the bloom, which is carried on a strong stem. The plant grows vigorously and can resist varying weather. Excellent as a park rose. Shrub rose per piece 2.- Gulden.
