Rukhsaar HT. (IIIA) w (Raja Surendra Singh; int K. S. Gopalsinamiengar & Son '69) 'Virgo' x unknown.  Medium, greenish cream, long pointed buds. Medium, cream with shell-pink centre, high-centered, double blooms borne singly on long, normal stems. Good lasting quality. Petals drop off cleanly. Abundant amount of normal green, glossy, medium, disease-resistant foliage. Vigorous, 2 1/2 - 3 feet growth.  Angular, open habit. Free intermittent blooming.
