Bred by Oliver Mee (United Kingdom, before 1956).
Introduced in United Kingdom by John Sanday (Roses) Ltd. in 1956 as 'Jane'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange, copper shading, pink shading.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 24 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green foliage.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Named after the introducer's mother, whose Christian name was Jane.
