Harry H. Hazlewood.  Some New Roses for 1957.  Mad Cap (Ratcliffe 1955) Described as a striped sport of 'Grande Duchess Carlotte', but so far the stripes are not very evident.  (Unfortunately there is a Floribunda rose of the same name patented in U.S.A. recently).
