Bloom:
Yellow. None to mild, tea fragrance. up to 20 petals. Average diameter 3.5". Medium to large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, rosette bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Ovoid buds.
Habit:
Compact, mounded, upright, well-branched. Dark green foliage. 5 to 7 leaflets.
Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm). Width: up to 28" (up to 70cm).

The female (seed) parent of the new cultivar is `Sun Flare`, not patented, characterized by its semi-double type, medium yellow-colored flowers, dark green-colored foliage, low growth vigor and compact-mounded growth habit. The male (pollen) parent of the new cultivar is unknown.
