Looks like there is either a synonymous name or translated name of 'Firefly or Firefly Land' associated with this rose. The sources also state that it is a sport parent of the variety 'Mayfly' (aka Yangyan and Kagerou) which I grow and it is itself the sport of a rose called Kaori. My best guess is that the Kaori that it is sported from is Kaorikazari because the breeder, flower form, and strong scent are shared between the two.
