Taken in 2013 after plant was planted in the ground. Blooms were more old fashioned in shape , very ruffly and peppermint looking once planted in the ground. Prior to that they had sometimes been high centered. Still waiting to see what else the plant does. Hardy in zone 7, NC. Probably hardy in zones where 4th of July ( the parent) can be grown.
