E. Kunderd, Arrillaga, Alesandro, Willamette, Chemeketa, Maiella, Rosalie, Cyriac, Golden Gate, Cabrillo, Santa Rita, Beauty's Rival, Lavender Queen. You will be delighted with these new Roses. They have been grown in the rich alluvial soil of California and nursed by the gentle sunshine into big, thrifty plants that will grow and bloom profusely. They are mostly on their own roots, but hereafter I intend to confine myself to budded ones only, using a strong rooting stock, a hybrid between R. macrophylla and R. Froebeliana, and for certain varieties, the "Ragged Robin" Rose (Gloire des Rosomanes).
