'Patience' (Auspastor) is a delightful buttermilk rose with ruffled petals, reminiscent of fine lace.
'Patience' has a charming old rose fragrance with elements of fruit, lilac and myrrh. The fragrance is initially fairly strong, but tends to fade as the bloom ages. The creamy-yellow buds gradually open out fully to form perfect, flat medium-sized frilled rosettes.

Patience (Auspastor). The creamy-yellow buds gradually open out fully to form perfect, flat medium-sized frilled rosettes. The central petals stay folded in a classic button eye while the outer, frilled petals reflex and are reminiscent of fine lace. Over time the buttermilk colour may pale almost to white, especially when placed in bright sunlight. There is an Old Rose fragrance with elements of fruit, lilac and myrrh. The fragrance is initially fairly strong, but tends to fade as the bloom ages.
