Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta and crimson, purple edges.  Mild, clove, geranium, opinions vary fragrance.  30 to 60 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Prolific, once-blooming spring or summer.  Medium, leafy sepals buds.  
Habit:
Tall, narrow, upright, average prickles.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, attractive fall color, blue highlights foliage.  

Height: 4' to 7' (120 to 215cm).  Width: 2' to 4' (60 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a through 9a.  Can be used for beds and borders, garden, landscape or specimen.  Vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  does not do well in warmer climates.  drought resistant.  flowers drop off cleanly.  prefers full sun.  rain tolerant.  suitable for a pillar.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , mildew resistant, rust resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.
