This rose has a good and strong old-rose/damask fragrance.
Wonderful deep dark-red color! An eye-catcher! Doesn't get burned in full sunlight.

Yes, it was found in Germany. If you check following Website, you will see many Found Roses under "Projekt...":

I am aware of the Projekt. I have spent much time gazing longingly at the found albas on HMF and at the Stauden website.
