Baron Béla Nyáry (1845-January 7, 1900) was "was an imperial and royal chamberlain and member of parliament" (see Uniopedia). He was also one of the founders of the Hungarian Heraldic and Genealogical Society. Considering his death date, the rose is probably ca. 1900.
