Origin:

Bred by Mathias Tantau (1882 - 1953) (Germany, 1934).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1935 as 'Topaz'.

Bloom:

Lemon-yellow, white outer petals. Mild, tea rose fragrance. Small, very double, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Short, lax. Small, glossy, medium green, dense foliage.

Height: 1' (30cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
