Book (1972) Page(s) 113. ’Immaculate’ Hybrid tea. Dawson.
Book (1968) Page(s) 156. Dr. A. S. Thomas. New Roses in Victoria. ‘Immaculate’. HT. (G. Dawson). Slightly darker than ‘Super Star’ and very well formed with a particularly high pointed centre; about 50 petals. This is one of seven creations by Mr. Dawson of Ferntree Gully, Victoria, that I am growing. They are all well up to any international standard. The others are not named yet and none of them will be on sale for at least a couple of years. Mr. Patrick Dickson was very impressed with them and is growing them now in N. Ireland with the probability of distributing them to the many trial grounds of Britain and Europe.
Magazine (1968) Page(s) 29. L. V. Lawrence, Australian-raised Roses. During the next few years there will probably be many new Australian cultivars raised by Mr George Dawson of Ferntree Gully (V.) available to the public for the first time. These varieties will include....'Immaculate', a bright vermilion (a little darker than Super Star).
