'Valerie June' – 1982. ‘Royal Highness’ x ‘Alice’. Large Flowered Bush rose. Double, fragrant, pale apricot-pink flowers, of exhibition form, fully recurrent. Mid green, smooth foliage. Flower: 25 petals, 90 mm, singly. Bush: 1.25 m x 1 m.

‘Valerie June’. Modern, large flowered/ hybrid tea. Light pink. Repeat flowering. This pale pink rose was bred from two varieties of a similar color. It produces pale pink blooms of perfect exhibition form. They have 40 petals, good substance and a strong fragrance. The plant however, is rather small and not very productive, there are long intervals between flushes. This is a rose for exhibition purposes and it can produced blooms of superlative quality.
