Book (1991) Page(s) 134. Ross Heathcote, Taylors Lakes, Victoria. Yellow Miniature Roses. Sequoia Gold (1987) This has to be a top yellow, if only for the fact that it is most resistant to black spot. In the summer of 1988-89 it was one of the very few roses (of all types) that kept its foliage in my garden. And what attractive shiny foliage it has. The flowers are a 'buttercup' yellow and have that old-world open 'buttercup' shape It is free flowering. The plant is very bushy and everything that a dwarf mini should be. A great border plant for the rose garden.
