Rosa californica forma 'Dark Pink'. sp. Occasional rebloom. Outstanding fragrance. Habit 1 [Provenance] Matson, found. Rosa californica like any true species rose, varies on the composition of its parts from one seedling to another; this form, discovered by our friend, George Matson, produces flowers of a deep madder-rose, with pale sulfur stamens. Sets a good crop of round, scarlet hips. In the manner of the species.
