This rose is an aggressive grower in my Jacksonville, FL (9b) garden and really prefers a cooler climate to thrive. Blooms only once and is intolerant to shade. Grows to an unmanageable size but the blooms are just incredible and the wafting scent of violets is calming and pleasant. The light butter yellow blooms look like lace on the plant and I just adore this rose. Unfortunately, I just don't have the room for it after moving to my small, historic district garden.
