Had this rose 2 years, 1988 into 1990. It appeared at the local garden center and I pretty much bought every variety they offered that spring in Columbus, Ohio. Didn’t bloom that much. Was thin and taller. Really nice foliage, larger, darker. The reverse was quite yellow. December, 1989 was a killer in Ohio, 20s below zero. And I was a college kid who couldn’t be bothered to mulch too much so this one was lost, Party Time and Bacardi and Candy Apple and Arkansas were all lost as were Bobo and Louisville Lady the HT (it was a great rose!). Risqué has a great name. I’m guessing Half Time is the unknown parent since Weeks used it more than a little and it also has a flat, star shaped bloom just fewer petals. It’s shocking how fast they all slip into oblivion.
