[Provenance Oakland RG] For the better part of 20 years, ‘Rhonda’ had a devoted following, but in the past ten years it has gradually disappeared from catalogues. A seedling of ‘New Dawn’ and worth growing on that recommendation alone, it bears large and very double blooms of bright carmine-pink, long lasting and repeating superbly. Light but refreshing fragrance.
