Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Wholesale) in 2005 as 'Bonny Kordana'.
Class:

Bloom:
Pink.  Mild fragrance.  50 to 55 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Matte, dark green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 7" to 1' (18 to 30cm).  Width: 7" to 10" (18 to 25cm).

The new variety of miniature rose plant of the present invention originated from a controlled crossing in a breeding program between `KORkleiva`, a patented rose described and illustrated in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 11,232 issued on Feb. 22, 2000 and `Scarletta Kordana` a non patented rose variety. The two parents were crossed and the resulting seeds were planted in a controlled greenhouse environment. .... Asexual reproduction of `KORnilsca` by softwood cuttings in greenhouse was first done Jul. 1, 2000 in Odense, Denmark. nd the resulting seeds were planted in a controlled greenhouse environment. ....
