Ma Petite Andre, (Red Soupert)--This fine rose always attracts attention by reason of its vigorous growth and dwarf bushy habit, mostly covered with bright crimson buds, fully double flowers, the whole season. It is a very useful rose and quite hardy, particularly desirable for beds and borders in the open ground where its vigorous growth and constant bloom make is a most valuable variety for general planting.
