I am at a loss to explain that catalogue description and cover photo. I have added a few more references and the 1974 and 2008 references in particular seem to indicate that a rose named for Nana Mouskouri, just had to be white.
But perhaps there was another breeder who wanted to name his red vermilion salmon rose after Nana Mouskouri, and was beaten to the punch by Dickson's white rose. What exactly was the year of the catalogue (and page number while we're at it)?

Grandes Roseraies du Val de Loire Link on HMF:http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/l.php?l=7.7555 Note typo on page: His son yook over in 1870, Year: Someone has written on the catalog, 1974-5.
Photo: Cover Description on page 3 No mention of hybridizer.
Do you want me to send you the pdf document?
It feels like one of these glossy color catalogue, on the gaudy side.
Here is an aprox. translation of the text above, feel free to correct! New variety for 1975 Lovers of beautiful roses will love this novelty, rather low (approx.50cm), floriferous and very suitable for borders and dwarf beddings. Midsize roses, rather double, with petals thick and strong, surprise by the intensity of their bright red salmon color to shiny reflexes.. with a strong and delectable scent.

I am not familiar with her music, but Nana Mouskouri has song Les roses blanches de Corfu (The white roses of Corfu) and The white rose of Athens, which makes sense why the rose could/should be white....

For some reason my original post has been deleted. And I'm not able to put it back. I'm re-posting it here. It seems all photos are of a different rose than this rose. Please check photo fro the GRANDES ROSERAIES du VAL de LOIRE - ORLEANS catalogue cover. 1974-5
Red vermillon salmon color, strong perfume
If you want a precise translation, let me know :-)
