Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2002 as 'Bordeaux Palace'.

Bloom:
Red, cream undertones.  Mild fragrance.  up to 100 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small to medium, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, quartered, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, narrow, upright.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 10" (up to 25cm).  Width: up to 6.5" (up to 17cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of floribunda rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between a female parent plant, an unnamed seedling, and the male parent, `POULra007`, a plant created by the same inventors, described and illustrated in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 13,170 dated Nov. 5, 2002. ....`POULac016` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in 2000.
