Origin:

Bred by Dr. Dzidra Alfredovna Rieksta (Latvia, 1994).

Class:

Hybrid Rugosa.

Bloom:

Light pink, darker center, apricot shading. Mild, apple fragrance. 27 to 30 petals. Average diameter 2.75". Medium, full (26-40 petals), in large clusters, cupped bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.

Habit:

Armed with thorns / prickles, spreading, well-branched. Medium, semi-glossy, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.

Height: 47" to 5'7" (120 to 170cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.
