Dominique Massad renamed this Rose "Belle de Sardaigne" because name "Fleur de Sardaigne" was already protected.

Thank you, we have added the new name, but left the old one for reference purposes.

I received this rose as a rooted cutting from D. Massad himself. It is one of the most oustanding roses in my garden : very floriferous, 100% healthy, continuous bloomer from end may to december in zone 7b here. Lovely shades of pink. The buds look like tiny reddish fruit, and match very well with the open flowers. Long, arching canes at first, later branching up to create a very elegant volume of about 2m in diameter after 3 years. No pruning necessary so far. Zephirine
