The description reads that it blooms once. Is that correct?

Hi Rob

Millcreek Nursery near Edmonton, Alberta Canada describes it this way:

"Morden Belle Rose is blanketed in stunning lightly-scented hot pink flowers at the ends of the branches from late spring to mid fall. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has dark green foliage throughout the season. The glossy oval compound leaves do not develop any appreciable fall colour. The fruits are showy red hips displayed in late fall."

Mine seems to have one huge flush in June and then two much smaller flushes subsequently.

Hot pink is a hot take. Its roughly the same color as Royal Bonica (not Bonica, which is much lighter). It's a medium rose pink, I would say.

The habit is truly awful. The foliage is very pretty. The blooms are cute and informal. The sprays are formal. The height here is sadly 4-5'. I thought it'd be shorter, but its not.

I am hoping my own root improves with age. Blooms resist wet weather. Plant is healthy. Vigor is good. But it's blooming on the ends of 4' stems that are laying on the ground. I am hoping that goes way with maturity. Scarlet Meilland grows like that, too, so I'm not super confident the plant habit is meant for Oregon :[

I just purchaced two of these roses this spring. It is one of my favorites of the 50+ that I bought this year. I live in Saskatchewan and it is hardy to 2b. The flowers are a medium pink that fade to a light pink . They are lasting forever. Some flowers have been open for two weeks and show no signs of browing. Awesome plant.
