Introduced in United States by Oregon Miniature Roses in 1995 as 'Lavender Spoon'.

Miniature.  

Mauve or purple blend.  Flowers mauve blended lavender-tan.  Strong, opinions vary fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Very large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Medium.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 1' to 14" (30 to 35cm).  

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
