This is a very nice climber. I have had it in my garden for about four seasons now and it blooms more and more each year. What I find the most interesting of this rose is the coloring. Because it blooms in large trusses (I counted 54 buds on one but on average about 15) you get blooms at various stages which produces several different shades at once. This is definitely one climber that is not shy. The color is also quite bold which makes it pop in the landscape. The blooms are born on nicely shaped plants with healthy foliage. And it is super winter hardy (zone 5b for me) as well as heat tolerant. The individual bloom form is to be desired but as it grows in large clusters I don't let this worry me. Could also use a little more fragrance. Other than that, an excellent climber.

I have this rose in Zone 4 on the south side of my house. It died back completely but came back up this year. Isn't this particular climber on its own roots?

Have had this Climber for 3 rd year-don't try it on the North Side of any structure-had significant die back of canes last winter (Winter was mild even for New Mexico). Grew 9-10 feet second year and died back to bud union.
