Dr. A. S. Thomas. The New Ones. Elsie Allen. HT. (Welsh, 1971). A sport of ‘Montezuma’, the colour being a soft mid-pink with paler reverse. There have been at least two pink sports of ‘Montezuma’ in the U.S.A. neither of which has been imported into Australia.

Medium, high-centred, pale pink with slightly lighter color on outside edge of petals, 5-inch, double, very slow opening blooms borne several together on long stems. Very good lasting quality. Petals hang on. Abundant amount of normal green, large foliage. Disease resistant. Vigorous, bushy growth. Abundant, continuous blooming.
