Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1873 as 'Heroïne de Vaucluse'.

Bourbon, Hybrid Perpetual.  

Pink, carmine-pink shading.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, globular bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  

Height: 5' to 6' (150 to 185cm).
