Thomas for Roses have this one listed as the first item on page 34 of their catalogue.

For some odd reason it's in the "Hybrid Perpetual & Tea Rose" section.

Probably they are not stocking Cameliarose, floribunda, 1960, but may have
'Camellia Rose' (china, Laffay, 1830) and this might fit in the Tea Rose section.

I'll ask them just to make sure. There are a few things I've been meaning to ask them, and it's currently too wet to do much else.

I received an email back from T4R. They included a photo of their "Camelliarose" and yes, it looks a lot like a China and not at all like a floribunda.
