Les rosiers de ce groupe sont vigoureux, rustiques, à rameaux toujours droits, un peu rigides, munis d'aiguilIons petits et assez rapprochés: feuillage serré, vert; fleur en coupe, coloris variant du rosé tendre au rosé vif. Ils drageonnent au loin, comme les Provins dont ils se rapprochent beaucoup par leur végétation.

Comtesse Cahen d'Anvers'. H.P. (Veuve Lédéchaux). -- A seedling from La Reine, of good size and globular form, but rather a dull Rose and inclined to come rough. How far distinct from others of its colour it is as yet difficult to say, but it is very perpetual, though but little fragrant.

Arbuste vigoureux, droit; fleur grande, pleine, forme globuleuse; coloris beau rose vif. Cette variété issue de la rose à la Reine, lui est supérieure; elle se cultive bien en pots et est d'un grand rapport pour les fleuristes.

Comtesse Cahen d'Anvers, eine Hybrid-Remontant-Rose, Züchtung von Wwe. Ledechaux. Diese Sorte stammt von der bekannten »Rose de la Reine«, ersetzt letztere in allen Hinsichten, sowohl als Schnittblume als auch als Topfpanze zum Marktverkauf. Die Blumen sind gross und gefüllt, kugelförmig, sehr schön leuchtend rosa farbig, viel lebhafter als »La Reine« und bewahren ihren Glanz bis zum Abfalle der Petalen.
