Bloom:
Scarlet, copper highlights, violet-red outer petals, apricot undertones.  Moderate fragrance.  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dense.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
