What I once described as a 'little rose' is not so little, it's 3' X almost 4' now.
Love love love this rose.

With these types (rambler types bred to be dwarf), you can chop them to 3" above the soil line and they fill back up readily, as long as they are well cared for.

I do this with Lullaby and Ruby Meilland every 3rd year. Kent also got a massive hair cut this year too.

This reminds me of what one could get from raising seed from "Rosa polyantha nana" aka "Rosa chinensis 'Angel Wings'". 'Blue Mist' came from that seed strain as well.
