New Roses 1935.  Dr. W. E. Hadden (HT.  S. McGredy & Son 1934) Bright raspberry red, heavily streaked and flushed yellow. Towards the base the colour gradually deepens to an orange yellow, showing off the blending of colours to perfection. The flowers are average size, fine form, and moderately perfumed. The habit of growth is vigorous, very free and branching, with dark green mildew resistant foliage, quite distinct from any other rose. The stems are long and strong, with few thorns. 4/- each.
General impression coppery salmon. 25 petals. Moderate growth.
