I saw this in the Roseial da Quinta do Arco in Madeira in early November. Most roses had few blooms if any, and looked tired, as you would expect at the end of the season. Lumiere was a large, very open bush, apparently healthy, in bloom. The flowers were not large but a beautiful colour and very well-scented.
