Bred by Alister Clark (1864-1949) (Australia, 1919).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1921 as 'Australia Felix'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Pink, silver(y) shading, deep pink outer petals.  Strong fragrance.  Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

'Australia Felix' may be extinct. Rose sold under this name by most is really ‘Mrs. R. M Finch’, a polyantha.-
