Origin:
Bred by Pedro (Pere) Dot (Spain, 1956).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1959 as 'Condesa de Mayalde'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, fuchsia / magenta edges.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Tall, compact, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.  Vigorous.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Dedicated to Casilda de Bustos y Figueroa (November 2, 1910 - July 3, 2000), who on June 27, 1929 married José Maria de la Blanca Finat y Escrivá de Romani (1904-1995), Comte de Mayalde, Mayor of Madrid (1952-1965) during the first Madrid rose trials of 1956
